As the weather gets hotter, I can’t help but await the end of June…then I realize I’m a grown woman, and my days of playing ga-ga and making friendship braceletsĀ at summer camp are over. It’s been many years since overnight camp, and I really believe that every kid who enjoyed their experience there, miss their summers away. The camps I went to, 2 different ones in Toronto, and one magical one in California, taught me so much and I feel so grateful for the experiences I had. At camp you feel free to be who you were at an age that it isn’t always easy to do so. I always felt that this was the place where I was able to experiment with fashion the most, sharing a wardrobe with a cabin of girls.

I’ve always found myself attracted to things that remind of summer camp, friendship bracelets, like these beautiful ones by KIM&ZOZI, moccasins, and my favourite activity for arts and crafts, tie-dye.

Fashion Magazine wanted to know how we were wearing our favourite summer pieces in this freezing cold winter we’ve been having. My suggestion was the ensure that layering was involved. Here is what I said.

Fashion Magazine asked their style panel to discuss how to dress for fashion week, here is what I said.

With Valentine’s Day around the corner along with Fashion Week hitting Toronto, I want to talk about fashion anxiety. Getting dressed everyday and looking cute is easy for some, but others struggle with putting together an outfit confidently, turning to fashion bloggers to find relatable advice and guidance. For me, I question everything before hitting an event, unless I plan well in advance. So before any event, a fashion show or a hot date with the hubby, I like to give myself sometime to rethink (although I usually change back into outfit 1).

Wishing everyone out there a Valentine’s Day Long Weekend (Family Day long weekend) filled with some sexy sexy time!
