Refresh Time

It’s that time of the season, when I can’t wait for the next one to arrive already. My wardrobe, while it might be extensive in size, it is exhausted. It’s time to mix things up and put pieces you won’t normally pair together to create interesting looks.

Varsity jackets are insane right now— my advice is to realize that this is a trend and pick one based on the price accordingly– and while they are considered athletic wear, paired with a white wide leg trouser, looks completely appropriate for an office environment. I added my dad’s vintage shearling jacket, though it is a little too big it is totally amazing, and my favourite leopard boots to complete the look. I challenge you my friends to rethink some of the items hanging in your closets, can you dress up something unexpectedly?

The combination of winter season and the current 90’s trend channel the 1996 film The Craft. Minis, plaids, crop tops, blouses, pleats, menswear and heavy boots are just a few of the fashions you can get inspired by while watching the movie.

(Please excuse the need of my roots touched up – all fixed now!!)
