WIth detailed blouses at every shop, you can grab some really great ones. I snagged this little one during from the spring collection, and love the beaded collar, I think its super feminine. When you  get inspired from a detail in a piece of clothing, play it up.  The lace, ribbion, polka dots, and Blair Waldorf headband finish the look, with the darker hues bringing this look into a fall look.
