Watching the 2014 Olympic games, has been amazing, as the athletes representing our country are proving why #WeAreWinter. I just want to thank Team Canada for showing our country’s true colours this year at the games, as honest, kind and thoughtful people who overall understand the meaning of good sportsmanship.
This morning Canadians are up exceptionally early to watch our amazing hockey team plays against Sweden for the gold medal. Come on boys – make us proud!! – (follow up: we won gold! congrats to all of the medal winners)

]]>Every 2 years Canada gets together and cheers on our most talented athletes during the Olympic games. When Vancouver, British Columbia hosted them for the 2010 Winter Games, I was fortunate enough to have been there, celebrating our country with the world. There was nothing quite like having people from everywhere joining together in such a beautiful party.
This year Hudson’s Bay made a beautiful collection to support the Canadian team kicking butt during the Olympic happening in Sochi. Check out the beautiful collection here.

Sweatshirts with graphic prints are all the rage this season, and for the first time can be worn confidently outside of your bedroom. This one is one I’ve held on to for many many years, as a child I grew up with the owner’s of this fine grocery store, and it brings back many memories of running through the store, nibbling on all the fresh produce and baked goods. (oh those are grapes from my local fruit market)
