Today is June 25, and the Toronto Pan Am Games start in 15 days! I cannot wait to feel the energy in the city when athletes and media come to celebrate sports.

Once upon a time, I traveled to Vancouver during the 2010 Olympics and have never felt so wonderful to see people from all over the world coming together to cheer, watch and celebrate young talent.

To get excited for the upcoming games, I’ve stocked up with new gear from the Official Outfitters of the Canadian Pan Am Team, Hudson’s Bay. With activewear being so on trend, I thought this was the perfect opportunity refresh some classic pieces.

Tis the season when shielding your eyes from damaging UV Rays should be your daily concern. This year, I am loving the mirrored sunglasses trend. I find it a great way to add some colour to your outfit as well. Right now, this amazing pair, which is from Clearly.ca is on sale, when you buy one you get the second pair free!

My favourite way to change my look is through my growing collection of glasses. Clearly.ca, formally known as Clearlycontacts.ca, has become my go-to each season, for that one perfect accessory to update any outfit.

These are my newest frames, apart of their house-brand, Derek Cardigan‘s, 1960’s inspired collection named The Wonder Years.  I love the bold use of colour to help highlight the shape of the frames. I fell in love with the dipped-white colour, and the frames with the slightest hint of a cat-eye.
