Florals during the spring is nothing new, so I’ve taken the challenge to try to reinvent, this beautiful, wheel.

Sometimes, two pieces from different collections, stores and even years match so perfectly, it’s as if they were straight off of Fashion Week’s runway.  The pants and top both have accent colours in the other’s colour, making them truly a match made in heaven.  Strong floral outfits can help you celebrate and embrace the warmer temperatures that spring has finally brought us.

While spring shopping, a piece I want everyone to pick up is a printed playsuit of some sort. I’ve been loving them since I wore a bright orange one last season. I find them beyond comfortable, if you can get over the whole getting nearly naked to pee, they are amazing!

This “polar vortex” that has taken over Toronto is awfully hard to work with. The cold temperatures are make photo shoots brutal… but oh the life of a style blogger 😉 When the temperatures dip, I tend to try to grab my favourite textured pieces like this velvet turtleneck. So basic in style, it adds a winter/glam/retro feel that I love. What do you turn to when the temperature dips?
