So June has been fun. So far we are 4 days in and my birthday month is looking less like beginning of summer and more like the weather typical for the early cool days of spring we experienced this year in Toronto. So it may be time to layer up again, but try to bring in those great spring trends into your rainy day wear.
I got this great ecru Rudsak trench with beautiful pearl leather detailing and paired it with hand-me-down rain boots from my mother.

There are a few trends you can expect every season, like faux fur in the winter and navy stripes in the spring time. The idea of nautical boating each spring has fashion lovers slipping into their navy and white looks.
I try to mix my look up a bit by borrowing my boyfriend’s sweater and adding my magenta button down under, for the pop of colour we always love.
This is an easy look for the office or how I wore it for a Sunday Brunch with the in-laws. You can buy a pair of dress pants too big (like i did on sale at the Gap a few seasons ago) or borrow from your boyfriend, dad, and cuff the bottom to create a really easy, carefree, look. Add some sparkle on top for contrast with this business look.
